Help us learn about the effect of intermittent fasting on brain health and memory.

Who can join the study?

Adults 55-80 years of age.

What will participants be asked to do?

Volunteers will be asked to fast for at least 14 hours a day for a duration of 6 months. All volunteers will have prescreening call to check eligibility, and two study visits to measure memory, and the health of blood vessels in the arms and brain and two visits to measure your brain activity using a machine called an MRI.

Will I be compensated for my time?

You will be compensated for participation in this study.
