New grant funding from the Department of Defense Ovarian Cancer Research Program!

We are excited to announce that the Hannafon Lab received a new grant from the Department of Defense - Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program! This funding will allow us to continue our research on the role of a novel regulator of cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer. With this work, we will also evaluate the various mechanisms available for drug targeting to work towards developing a new way to overcome cisplatin resistance and prevent deadly recurrences in ovarian cancer patients.
